Dr. Martin has been my dentist for nearly 25 years. During that time Dr. Martin, along with the dentists and dental assistants he has carefully trained himself, have provided exemplary care of my teeth. They have also eliminated my fear of “the dentist”, which I developed over prior years of painful dental procedures.

The receptionists, dental assistants, and dentists at Village Dental all work together as a team to provide customer service that is truly exceptional. There is always a sincere concern for my comfort before, during, and after any dental work that is being done. This is a practice that has as much concern for my well being as a patient as it has for achieving the best outcomes for my teeth.

Finding Dr. Martin’s practice years ago was truly my good fortune. I hope it will turn out to be yours as well.

Village Dental I had the most amazing experience with Lonnie on December 19, 2025. She was very informative and kind. I was welcomed with a smile and treated as if I’ve known her a lifetime. Personality unmatched.

Stopped in this morning for an initial appt consisting of x rays and a consultation on wisdom tooth removal. Had no plans on getting them removed today, but here we are this afternoon, and them puppies are out! Turns out I was getting absolutely ripped off by my previous dentist (5 mins from where I live) who had referred me to a specialist to get them removed. I would’ve been paying over 3x the amount that I paid today to get those removed there. I was floored at how much more affordable Village Dental was.

Not only that, but each and every staff member I interacted with was so pleasant, reassuring, and very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Like most people, I’ve always had a general anxiety with the dentist, but I was put right at ease here. No complaints whatsoever, I don’t mind the 20 minute drive when I know I’m going to be taken care of like I was today. I will certainly be coming back for my regular cleanings!

This dental office was very friendly and fast. I had an emergency and they were able to help me out very quickly. They are absolutely customer friendly.

Dr. Chow and his staff are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. This was my first visit to the (Facity)The reason I referred to it as a facility is because all of the providers at this particular location are educationally and nationally certified capable of performing anesthesia on top of all the other procedures they perform and I was greeted with the warmest smile as I entered the establishment. I noticed how clean and tidy it was even with a cute fireplace, giving it a homie feel instead of more of an Office’s cold and and Barren Ambiance. The diversity of the staff really impressed me the most. I love that Dr. Chow is young, but extremely mature and very well learned in his area of expertise. His explanations of every procedure could have been told to a class of seven-year-olds and they would have got the concept. He first broke down his plan of care to me and then proceeded to ask me which was most important to complete first. I have never been asked what was more important to me. I have always been told what I should do so , that was another pleasant surprise then after consulting on the clinical part, he had one of his reps come into the room so we can discuss the financial part. Before we could even begin, she already assured me that there was nothing they can’t do in that clinic that would not be able to work with me. She was amazing, kind, understanding, nonjudgmental. After laying out a plan of care and then proceeding with me to the back to begin On what we decided we were going to do just for that day. Again, remembering this is the first time I’ve ever had dental care without being put under the entire time. I’m speaking to the doctors and his Clinician . He’s numbing me up and I’m not even really Paying attention to what’s going on cause it soo chill. All in All, 40 Mins after the procedure, I’m standing at the rib spot ordering ribs baked Mac n cheese because I
Was starving, feel no pains and am excited bout my next two extractions,

PS. Don’t eat the shit I ate do’ soft, purées, and soups. I just know how to eat on one side of my face and not let any particles get on the other. Follow ALL doctors instructions and you will be fine

I found village dental on google and am glad i did.went there for a wisdom tooth extraction and I got more than that.They gave me a full exam and xray at no cost, took their time to explain the results even though I couldn’t understand most of the words they used illustrations which were a bit funny 😄.The whole experience was amazing from the moment I talked to the lady at the receptionist ,i think her name was Stephanie, all through the beautiful young lady who did my exams , the amazing treatment care coordinator to the gentleman who prepped me for my treatment and of course man of the hour Dr Christ.I feel bad I forgot most names but you guys have an amazing team , all working together to make the patient feel safe and in good hands.I was a bit hesitant and scared from a previous dental visit elsewhere but you all brought my mojo back.To the entire team at village dental.I appreciate you and thank you for all that you do.

New patient appointment went great. They take multiple X-rays and one utilizes AI which said I had a cavity forming, but Dr. Chris Martin double-checked and let me know I did not need a filling right away. I appreciate the honesty and he is very knowledgeable!!

So caring the whole office looked after my one year old after she got scared during my exam. They comforted her and I like how they explain everything that they are looking for during the exams with visualization so you actually understand the care you’re receiving.

My total teeth renovation is going great. We’re about two thirds complete. Today Village Dental At Olde Raleigh I had 4 new crowns placed which completed my right side. In November dental work will start on my left side.Great experience for me this time, Dr Martin wants perfection in her work.

It’s now August and Village Dental At Olde Raleigh has replaced 12 teeth and added 12 porcelain crowns and 8 more teeth are ready for new crowns in about two weeks. I would like to commend Dr Martin and her entire staff for a job well done. My teeth were worn down by grinding my teeth at night and due to work stress. My new bite is fantastic and I am thankful that my wife found Dr Martin’s Cris and Mya. The first treatment was done with a pill and gas. The second treatment was with gas only due to me having to drive.
It’s been a great experience and I love my new teeth.

From the time I entered the office I was in the right place for my dental work. The front office was in tune with administration work and again made feel that I was in the right place. They then took me back to the examination room where they took X-ray’s and went through the various procedures. I highly recommend Village Dental for all your dental needs!!!

they always do an awesome job and are very professional. whether it’s good news or bad on those x-rays they explain what’s going on in detail as to avoid any confusion. i like that approach to things.

I first met and treated with Dr. Chris Martin in 2003 or so. I moved and have recently returned to his office and make a two hour drive because that’s how amazing he is! From the moment you enter the doors, Dr. Martin and his staff are friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure you feel respected, heard, comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Martin strives to ensure you are educated about your specific needs and understand your treatment plan. Communication between the doctors and staff is consistent and reliable. Dr. Martin is extremely knowledgeable, evident in his continual efforts to teach and guide his staff to ensure they too provide executional care. His office utilizes the latest technology, and he has a unique bedside manner I find is difficult to duplicate elsewhere. I highly recommend his services- he is a rockstar and so has been my experience with his staff.

I recently had to go in due to a mass in my mouth and my teeth in extreme pain. Was not a patient before entering this office. The people here are fantastic and treated me extremely well and worked with me to be able to make payments on my procedure that I had to have done. Dr. Foley and her assistant (do not remember her name) were extremely kind and talked me through the entire procedure. Garret I believe his name was also helped me a lot and made the financial side of my visit comforting and talked me through everything to make sure I understood and made me comfortable. This will be my new dentist office and would recommend any young adult just starting their journey into the health care field on their own here.

Really happy with Village Dental Clinic! Got a same-day appointment and they finished everything the same day too. The whole team works well together and the prices are way lower than other places I checked. Super quick, affordable, and friendly service. Definitely recommend!

Very satisfied with this dental office and Dr. Chung. I wish I remembered the Assistants name, he was extremely polite and made sure my teeth were numb before anything was done. Something no other practice has done. The dentist basically rebuilt the bottom of my front teeth and I am so pleased. They never attempted any pressure to do more than I could afford and didn't make me feel ashamed of my admittedly messed up teeth. Glad to have found this practice!

If I could give more stars I would! I have the worst anxiety and fear when it comes to dentist. Today I got a wisdom tooth and another tooth that was broken removed. I couldn't have had a more perfect team. Dr. LAURA BERNAL AND HER ASSISTANT CHARLES FRANCIS ARE THE BEST! he kept me calm and reassured while she did her job and kept me calm as well. I never felt like an inconvenience, never felt intimidated,frustrated or in pain. This was the BEST Dental appointment I've ever been to. I'm writing a review to give them they're flowers and The biggest pat on the back ever. I will never go to another dental office and will be referring everyone I know to this specific location!!! From the moment I walked in, the front desk rolled out the red carpet and made me feel right at home. Nathan, the new guy, was so welcoming you’d think he’d been on the team for years—great start to my day! And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the dentist, hygienist, and business manager all chimed in with their own friendly touches. Honestly, I felt like I’d stumbled into a VIP lounge instead of a dental office. What a team!

Amazing experience! I had a dental emergency and they accommodated me right away. The office scheduled me and treated me the same day. The entire team was very helpful and had a hand in taking care of me, especially Dr. Maya Martin, and assistants Shay, and Charles. Everyone made me feel welcome and so supported. Everyone is so nice and the atmosphere is very light! Lots of smiles and laughing. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and everyone is so great and I know I will be well taken care of and be offered sedation if needed. Dr. Freis, Shay, Erica were all great! My dental visit was a great experience. Everything going on with my teeth was explained clearly in layman's terms. I was given several options regarding how to move forward. What is most impressive is that I was not pressured with a warning that I should have additional work done immediately.

Even with me having moved away, I'll still come here, lovely staff. Always so so nice and caring. They laugh at my jokes as well what a delight this place is. They are happy to answer any questions so come ready!

I have been going to this particular dentist office for 2 years and the staff is totally awesome. Carmen has cleaned my teeth a couple of times and she is so sweet and pleasant and I appreciate this. On 07/14/16, I came in for my appointment, and Tia, who was working at the front desk greeted me so politely. I enjoy being in an environment where you feel welcome and this is what the staff at Village Dental provides. I really appreciate Dr Wheeler who performed a tooth extraction on me. Haley and Essence were very kind to me. I love this team. On 06/02/25, I met the young lady who go by the name, Lonnie, and she was so kind while cleaning my teeth. She was very polite and I enjoyed her conversation.

Although took us much longer to get in the room, we were grateful to have a same day appointment versus having to wait over a week for severe pain. Very friendly staff.

This care team was incredible. I went in for pain in a tooth and saw that i needed to have 3 extracted. They were able to work me in same day. Care was excellent and after having 3 extractions I am pain free in that area for the first time in months. Can not recommend enough.

I had a long and difficult procedure yesterday. Dr. Chong was very careful and was ably assisted by Aubrey. They kept me informed every step of the way and were sensitive to my needs. I have very little pain this morning even though there was potential for gum trauma. Yay! Well done, thank's guys!
